Bianca is such an amazing yoga teacher and I can really recommend her classes, especially as a beginner. She explains everything so well and patiently, creates a calm and safe environment and makes everyone feel comfortable. I especially like how she puts so much thought into every class by starting it either with a ceremony, a blessing, etc. You can tell how passionate she is about her practice.

Bianca Hanika is a world-class yoga teacher and mentor. Her teaching is clear, inspiring, and grounded in deep expertise. As the founder of Bianca Hanika Yoga Academy, she attracts the best teachers and she creates a space for her students grow into powerful, confident teachers too. Recently, I participated in her workshop with the famous Ana Forrest and her husband Jose Calarco. This was an unforgettable experience that reflects the high standard of her academy. It was a true honor to learn from Ana and Jose. Thank you so much.
